NEW--tyres ,rims,and spokes,
exhaust pipes and silencers,
boyer ignition,
barrels and pistons,
fork legs, seals and gators ,
rear s/s mudguard ,..( that's a fender to all you yank chappies ),
fork top head-light brackets and ears,
rear light.
chain guard,
center stand,
seat,
rear shocks.
all new bearings
un-leaded head conversion.
Most of the new bits were supplied by " Len Craig and sons " (what a nice man...if you tell him what you think you need, with his knowledge he will tell you what you actually need ).

Wiring, and the putting it all back together.......me.
It's all held together with s/s nuts and bolts supplied by " Icarus motorcycle developments ".
The rocker covers I sent off to " spindle-tec " to have s/s shafts with bigger "O " rings .( these DO NOT LEAK ).
And a friend of mine Royden does all my bead blasting .
The carbs were aqua blasted to get all the "varnish" off .
